I’ve been there before, visiting a church with your family only to discover that—contrary to Scripture—a woman is preaching the sermon. What do you do? You want to hear the Word but you also want to obey the Word. You don’t want to be disruptive but you must protect your family. As respectfully as possible, I took my family out between songs and debriefed with them, especially my son, why we lamentably had to leave.
